Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

Returns require prior authorization.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

Returns are not accepted without authorized approval and verified shipping service.

All returns require 10 - 14 days for inspection and processing from date of return delivery.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 72 business hours. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is s flat rate of $5.95 on all orders within the continental United States.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Stadium Bags

Are your clear bags stadium approved?
Yes! The All Access Collection meets the clear bag policies for most stadiums, arenas, and concert venues. We always recommend checking your venue’s specific policy before attending, as some stadiums have additional criteria outside of the standard NFL 12” x 12” clear tote bag policy.

What comes with the All Access Bag?
Each All Access bag includes:

• 3 interchangeable straps

  • Braided crossbody strap

  • Chain shoulder strap

  • Adjustable Guitar strap

• Dust bag

Product Care

How do I care for my bag?
Store your bag in its dust bag when not in use, or hang to avoid creasing of the fringe or straps. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, oils, and direct sunlight. Spot clean only.
