Returns

What if there’s an issue with my bag?
Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery. Returns are not accepted without prior authorization and shipped with sufficient tracking information.

All returns require 10-14 days for inspection and processing from received date of return delivery.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

While we do not offer direct exchanges; if you made a mistake in purchase and would like a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 72 business hours. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of $5.95 on all orders within the continental United States.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Stadium Bag Policy

Are your clear bags stadium approved?
Yes! The All Access Collection meets the clear bag policies for nearly all stadiums, arenas, and concert venues. We always recommend checking your venue’s specific bag policy before attending, as some artists for certain events have additionally strict criteria outside of the standard 12” x 12” clear tote policy.

Product Care

How do I care for my bag?
Store your bag in its dust bag when not in use, or hang to help prevent creasing of the fringe and straps. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, oils, and direct sunlight. Spot clean only.

Avoid long periods of extreme heat
PVC is a durable, pliable plastic that can soften when exposed to high temperatures. Avoid leaving your bag in extreme heat or direct sunlight for extended periods, such as in a hot car, as this may cause the PVC to soften or lose its shape.

Creasing after shipping
Your bag may arrive with some creasing in the fringe or straps from being packed and shipped. This is completely normal. Simply hang your bag overnight after unpacking to allow the fringe and straps to relax and return to their natural shape.
